I've been thinking about this for a while.

If the show continued, Avon would take Kenard under his wing........Kenard gets out..........and turns into a monster on the streets.

By the end of season five the writers are essentially saying that even though the players change, the game is the game. So yes, Kennard (who looks like Avon too) could eventually become Avon, Michael a new Omar, Randy the new Prop Joe, Namond the Colvin or Carver, etc.

The Wire could be made for every city.

I’m 3 episodes into season 4 now. I don’t remember at which point in this season where I never made it through & finished the series. But I definitely do not remember McNulty wifing up the lady cop from season 2 lol
