None lol

At least not right away

Going to try and bring as much as issue to avoid spending unnecessarily for the first few months.

Bigger mortgage, two AC units which means more power, new parish so their taxes are different, etc ..

Now, what I am doing is curating what will be my space so I'm looking at CPU desks and shit like that and I'ma try and build a Murphy bed in case my space ends up being used for guests

Maybe if the deal is worth exploring

It's just not a high priority for me. I'm also looking into getting a projector in lieu of a TV
