NHL great Messier joins ESPN as studio analyst
Mark Messier is joining ESPN on a multiyear deal to be a studio analyst for the network's NHL coverage beginning with next season.
ESPN reportedly offered Maria Taylor "near $5 million" annually at one point, has cut that offer to between $2 and $3 million
Last year, ESPN made Maria Taylor an offer reportedly worth "nearly $5 million," as per Andrew Marchand. They've now cut that in around half.
