I love that video, a couple years back, I went on an apply spree and ended up applying for shit I felt I had no business applying for. It was Steph Curry from the opposite end of the court shit.

One of them called me, gave me multiple interviews. Told me that I would be the only guy for them in the south east, over all of network and my only report to person was in Denver Colorado.

They loved me so much, by the 3rd interview I thought it was a set up. I drove to the location of where they said their warehouse was. I googled the that shit up and down.

I was like no fucking way this shit is real. In the end, I ghosted them, they were not happy. I probably woulda got it.

But that shit was too good to be true, in my mind.

Been dealing with this bs all week got a call yesterday when I was heading to grab food couldn’t really hear who she said she was with etc but managed to bullshit my way through the interview and I still couldn’t figure out what company she was from 😂. Waiting on that email so I can figure it out.

Got a call today for some shit I applied to about 6 weeks ago ended up doing a quick phone interview.. hung up and said to myself.. Man I’m not taking that shit wtf was I thinking applying there. She basically said I we can’t afford your number will you take this instead “wasn’t even in the ballpark” I said ill have to let you know 😝 shit felt disrespectful.

Now all these different companies I applied to 6+ weeks ago wanna get back to me now after I pretty much decided moving to VA isn’t gonna happen. Cost of living is high as hell and the industrial rate is trash for especially for the certs they want you to have.. I guess having too many shipyard in this area is killing the wages since there’s a lot of competition and plenty of workers.

Yeah my girl niece wants us all to go next summer I said fuck that! I ain’t going on any cruises. If I wanna go out the country I’m going to a specific country. Fuck an excursion.

Sad truth is, the cruise line & pricing matters. Carnival is like the Spirit Airlines of the Seas.

Yeah my niece was like you can get a cruise for like $500 a person or some shit like that I was like ehhhhh that sounds like some crackhead negotiating.
