Got to be a citizen to break the law, to break the law you have to be held under those laws, as a citizen held to those laws. It’s illegal to enter the country illegally but it is not a crime.

Meaning you get deported, not arrested , tried, and jailed

Shit Clark County Detention Center is full of foreign nationals that came to Vegas and wound up in front of a judge. That shit happens every day. The courts in Vegas run 7 days a week because so many people from here and abroad get arrested, charged, and put in front of a judge so often they gotta run it like that.
