I don't even understand how that works when the laws on the books in all 50 states very, very clearly state that corporal punishment is 100% legal and in most states the severity is on the parent's discretion.

Trust it was a whole situation that might’ve had the heart attack. She tried to leave the house in an ankle monitor. And I can’t fathom dumb shit especially not my kid. We had court the next day to get closer to it getting removed and she bucked in school and at home. I get re mad just thinking bout it.
