There are parts of the city that is underground. On certain trains you can see how far down it can go, that said all that shit has been mapped. And the only people living that far down are the homeless.
My guess is it’s actually a false flag coming, or this is just an elaborate troll. I initially thought it was urban exploration, but I don’t think many use manholes, at least not ones pretty out in the open.
