This is dumb, Unless you havent seen the video. The first 20sec tells the important stuff. The man was planning the date. They could have been doing something active and that could be why he told her to dress like it is a " lounge day at home". Those was the words he used to her. Lounge day at home means sweat wear for most. Also, she sent him a Pic of what she was going to wear and he said that was fine.
