Thats what i do pretty much. Called Intermittent Fasting. Sometimes One Meal A Day (OMAD). Usually break my fast around 8AM with something super light like Hard boiled eggs and cheese. Then will eat lunch around 12pm or 2pm, a pretty good sized meal, then fast until 8am the next day.
