Or at least like how the IC had it, where if they had over 5 posts under 1 minute then make them wait 2 minutes before they can post again. If its possible. Im not a internet guy

Not sure its different everytime. I think it starts at 15 seconds after one post, then if you post again as soon as that 15 is up you wait 30 seconds. I want to say its gone higher than that but I cant remember for sure.

I just checked, it was set to 30 secs. I just lowered it to 10.
