Just thought about it but I was wondering if Robby wanting to leave but not wanting to leave isn't just for the show and it's to display how they stretch themselves thin in the ER. The new student doc even made mention of it when she dipped out. It probably also tied into a control issue for him and not wanting to give up the ER
Dana is the right person to air out Robby and his bullshit this season. He's projecting all his personal issues onto everyone else.
Listening to Santos be in her feelings cause Langdon was an asshole to her is hilarious when you see how she goes about in the ER. She is crazy unprofessional
I loved how they touched on the topic of Medicare cuts and rural medical centers closing. People are going to travel further distances to get proper care and will die. Luckily for the patient in the episode, he did not lose his life
BTW, Santos still has issues with cutting. And she's doing the same thing Langdon did which is steal medical supplies. Obviously, drugs are worse but still
I did see her take the knife but I initially thought that was a protection thing but they showed her in the bathroom with the cuts earlier. Weird to steal one of those sharp as fuck blades for it. Also if that's the case then she's a huge hypocrite. Or maybe she's telling herself that Landgon didn't get punished so why shouldn't she do it too
