I'm def grabbing a telephoto lens that goes out to at least 400mm, but I'm also thinking about picking up a 85, 90, or a 100mm prime lens in June. Right now it's looking like either a Rokinon 85mm, a Tamron 90mm, or a Canon 100mm. Doing the research but right now the Tamron looks like it might end up being the one.

Photography can be one really expensive hobby.

I rented a 100-400 and a 200-600. There were some shots where I didn’t have enuf reach and some where i needed less than the minimum and resorted to my iphone. Next time I rent a telephoto lens i need to also rent a 50+ mp camera body so i can crop to get closer shots
