Thing about it is if our government pulled some of the stuff China's has... would most of the ppl be ok with it? Having a mandate had ppl up in arms here, but over there where it's homogeneous the gov said we're doing this, don't bitch. Hell there was just a report on NPR that said if there's even a single case in the city they're shutting the whole place down. Are we cool with that here, where a lot of ppl (blacks included) don't like government having too long of a reach
