Of course. I loved seeing republicans go after Trump, but I wasn’t under any illusion that they were all of a sudden altruistic, lol.

Fox News was bashing them about their corruption and all I could think was “what did you expect, they’re still republicans at the end of the day.”

Not quite. If there’s something in there that can damage his credibility with his base and/or hurt him if he runs again this can still be a big deal.

I don’t know that there’s much he can do to lose credibility with his base, but who knows.
