Here's the thing about a lot of MAGA and Rep voters in general...they're idiots. Now try to think like an idiot. If authorities you trust were constantly telling you that black and brown people were out to take your jobs, kill you, rape your wives and daughters, and ultimately ruin your whole way of living, wouldn't you be racist too? That right there is the dynamic behind a lot of the problems in this country. A significant amount of the population are incapable of thinking through things rationally, and the people in power exploit that fact in the most destructive and divisive way possible.
