That's very typical of ya'll party. It's all fun and games to claim you support illegal aliens, but start crying when they show up on your front door. Now look at you.
Some migrants have said they were falsely promised they would be assisted to get elsewhere in the country before they voluntarily boarded buses for the capital.

Mayor Bowser says migrants from Texas are "being tricked" into buses to DC
D.C. lawmakers ask Bowser to direct resources to aid migrants from Texas The number of buses arriving in the city has doubled, exhausting donations and exceeding the ability of city volunteers and mutual aid networks to respond
In the last few weeks the number of buses arriving a day has increased from two to four, sometimes five, sometimes late at night, exhausting donations and exceeding the ability of volunteers and mutual aid networks in the city to respond. Members of the council are asking Mayor Muriel E. Bowser (D) to use local resources and work in coordination with the council to ensure the federal government is fully responsive to the existing needs.
“With the number of buses arriving every day increasing rapidly, we encourage you to mobilize your administration to coordinate with other jurisdictions in the region to step in and assist with the response. If the District truly is a sanctuary city, we must stand up against the hateful rhetoric of Gov. Abbott and provide a dignified welcome to the arriving migrants,” said the letter, which was signed by 10 council members, including Brianne K. Nadeau (D-Ward 1), who chairs the council’s human services committee.
“The governors of Texas and Arizona are exploiting and harming vulnerable people fleeing desperate and dangerous situations in their home countries for political gain,” Norton said in a news release. “I commend the work organizations in D.C. and the National Capital Region have done to assist these migrants, but more funding is needed to assist these families.”

MARGARET BRENNAN: The Washington Post reported last week that homeless shelters in D.C. were filling up. And groups are getting overwhelmed by these buses that the governors of Texas and Arizona are sending here full of migrants. How significant is this influx? How many people?
MAYOR BOWSER: Well, this is a very significant issue. We have for sure called on the federal government to work across state lines to prevent people from really being tricked into getting on buses. We think they're largely asylum seekers who are going to final destinations that are not Washington D.C. I worked with the White House to make sure that FEMA provided a grant to a local organization that is providing services to folks. But, I fear that they're being tricked into nationwide bus trips when their final destinations are places all over the United States of America.
MARGARET BRENNAN: So it's not just local taxpayers picking up the tab, you're saying the federal government is helping.
MAYOR BOWSER: Well, local taxpayers are not picking up the tab and should not pick up the tab. And we really need a coordinated federal response. We know that it's done for refugees who come to the States from all points of the world, and the same has to be done in this situation.
Adams called on President Biden to send “additional federal resources immediately” so the city can handle the overflow.

Border crisis hits NYC: Adams calls on Biden as shelters overrun with migrants
New York City’s homeless shelters are being overrun with asylum-seeking migrants as the nation’s immigration crisis continues to worsen — with nearly 3,000 arriving in recent weeks, Mayor Eric Adams warned Tuesday.
“If we do not get these urgently needed resources, we may struggle to provide the proper level of support our clients deserve, while also facing challenges as we serve both a rapidly growing shelter population and new clients who are seeking asylum,” Adams said in a prepared statement.
Adams said the added migrant burden included families “arriving on buses sent by the Texas and Arizona governments” but in other cases, he said, “it appears that individuals are being sent by the federal government.”
“They’ve been coming through like crazy,” he said
“At lunchtime, some would pull up. At dinner time, you see six or seven come in together. A bus takes them back and forth to somewhere else.”
A resident who gave his name as Dereick P. and said he was a 70-year-old Vietnam War veteran, called the situation “a sad state of affairs.”
“I slept in jungles. I’ve slept in foxholes. But I won’t sleep on the streets in the United States of America,” he said.
“You gotta take care of the home first. This is our home first. I feel for the migrants but you gotta take care of the home first.”
To translate all that bulls. your party that you think is the lesser of two evils don't want these illegal aliens either.
They just want to get them to a point where they can vote.
And btw, I believe this is why that shooting happened in Uvalde, TX. Don't think Biden and his goon squad ain't seeing this. It would not shock me the least if that Uvalde shooting was retaliation for stinking up DC and NY w/ them illegals. That shooting happened shortly after Abbot said he would do this. I got no proof tho.
