The plane was in the Dominican Republic for maintenance, Uncle Sam told DR to immobilize the plane . It sat for couple months & homeland security investigations flew it back to Miami
Hopefully Venezuela buys Russian or Chinese next time & make sure it's paid off so it won't get repoed like Nigeria
