This repeated itself because another troll "Kristina Wong" tried to dupe Trump supporters into voting on the wrong day. No charges or 7 months in jail for this personality tho. I don't think either one of them should be locked up, I would like to use they services to weed out the people unaware of the voting process.

Mackey’s lawyer Andrew Frisch has unsuccessfully tried to get the case tossed on First Amendment grounds. In direct testimony, he had Mackey identify a 2016 tweet by comedian Kristina Wong telling Trump supporters to vote by text, and on the wrong day.
