They really just shitting on the whole separation of church and state precedents, huh? If I was a Muslim teacher I’d be leading all those white kids in Muslim prayers and if I got fired sue the school system all the way up to the Supreme Court.

This shouldn't really be a problem IMO as long as he's not forcing anyone to pray to his god.
I remember when I was in grade school, we had prayer time at the beginning of each day at public school, but it wasn't like everyone had to pray to Yahweh. It was just time set aside, so you could pray to whatever god you worshipped or just use it as meditation time to get your mind right for the day if you didn't believe in any god.
