Id like both. Term limits because there should be no such thing as a "career politician" and also age limits because, if you're too old to be in the workforce.. then youre too old to be creating laws and policies that the rest of us will have to deal with

You can’t make someone stop working based on age alone, that’s been federally outlawed since 67, and repealing that would involve widespread repercussions for every workplace. Easier to attack the term limits angle..
