What’s to stop democrats from passing bills with just 50 votes + Kamala? Schumer and Biden not wanting to give up old Senate rules?

That’s an admirable goal, but totally unrealistic. They need to get all this shit done. Too many good bills on the table to end up getting nothing.

Yeah them not voting for the bi-partisan commission is the crutch the democrats stand on every time they want to pass a partisan bill.
