Loud mouth Sean Strickland loses again...Cannonier wins a split decision (right guy won, AWFUL decision)

There you said it. Cannonier did more damage. Strickland was better after round 2, he started being more active. He was too timid for to give him 3 roundsIt was a close fight. Strickland looked sharper and cleaner with his striking. Cannonier land the stronger shots. I think it could have gone either way based on what you prioritized.

Impact/damage always goes first. He was leading numerically but i didn't feel he was controlling the fight nor diminishing Jared's offense. At least, we agree the right guy won lolLike I said, it depends on what you prioritize. He was actually leading in strikes after the first two rounds and had a TD in the first round, so it's possible they gave him both those first two rounds and one of the latter rounds. I wouldn't have done that, but I ain't going to say it was terrible to do it.

Yeah, it's not as simple as you cut someone and do nothing and win the fight. It's the cumulative damage. You fight Nate Diaz, you know he's going to bleed. Judges are aware, usually, of stuff like that. But to go back to the fight, Jared was targeting the legs, the body and the head. He was pressing forward. Putting all of this together made him look like the dominant fighter even though the numbers say he got outstruckYeah.
I don't really know the rules. I don't know if it's hard and fast that damage always goes first. The problem is that some people cut easier than others. Damage isn't always a good indicator of who hit who more. A good example is Anderson Silva vs Michael Bisping. If you went by damage first, you would have given the fight to Anderson for sure. However, if you actually watched the fight, you know Anderson didn't really do anything. He hit Bisping with some good shots, but he also spent whole rounds basically letting Bisping hit him in the face.
Huge step up for Erin but that’s a banger
Thought so too. Fight was close but Talia had the perfect fight. I think Fiorot could have the next title shot.Damn, thought Taila Santos was going to get the rematch. Thought she won her fight with the Champ
@toheeb27 Topuria must be a nightmare in the cage for real
I wonder what his training partners are like. I know how shitty it can feel to have all your best shit just get shut down, but god damn is he just training with puds that he manhandles every day?
Anyways, also hilarious to see O'Malley kind of getting a redemption arc. He handles his win over Yan very professionally, and now he comes out and says he denied Kadyrovs request for a birthday party.
Paddy is a fucking clown. He's one prospect I hope gets chewed up and spit out, like what happens with most UFC prospects.Bryce’s doing his own thing where he’s from, I think he trains with the same group of guys he’s been training with. He must be doing great with them. He needs fresh blood. He got manhandled and that shit felt like he discovered fire for the first time lmao.
Regarding Sean, he did handle the controversial win very well. Paddy still thinks he won on the other hand smh lol.
With his rainbow hair, Sean probably thought the invite was a setup, lol.
They gon’ protect his ass until they can’t lolPaddy is a fucking clown. He's one prospect I hope gets chewed up and spit out, like what happens with most UFC prospects.
