I just met with a developer in Berlin.
I am trying to buy an apartment block in the developing east part of the city. So far it looks like we will come to an agreement to get the ball rolling by spring. He will help me rehab and redesign the apartments.

I am also working with a banker here to help fund my next project of creating an automated process for pharma labs.

My non profit is finally picking up steam. it took me long enough.

and lastly, I am trying to build a team that will be a global force. this is still in the early stages but things will grow as they should.

Sounds like alot but ....if you want alot you have to do alot.

But good lawd life is good.
