i believe you if it is that great you dont wanna waste time taking pics all the timeDidn't take pics of it but this Xmas did a rib roast basically a 3 bone in ribeye roast. Cut the bone off tied it back on rubbed it down with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme and pepper let it set for a day them put it in the oven...... ohhhhh weeeeee it came out right
