I'd bet this shit is overblown for entertainment purposes.

If human use caused permanent infertility it wouldn't have been designated as a safe drug nor would it continue to stay on the market.

Also CDC requires some migrants/immigrants to take ivermectin treatment if they didn't receive it before they got here.
