If someone coming in having recovered from prior infection are MORE protected than someone fully vaxxed w no prior infection....it makes no sense.

There are some folks pushing back. I recall about a month or so ago someone who previously had the rona and got tested for antibodies tried to use that data as a reason for them not to have to quarantine at a hotel for a buncha money when they could just as easily quarantine at home.

Obviously it would make sense to track folks for that period of time(IMO) cuz there are people that say they gon quarantine at home but then fuck off the restrictions and do what they want putting more folks at risk tho.

Delicate balance trying to do all this shit it seems

That last part is most likely the reason for the quarantines. We've already seen multiple stories of people trying to sell vaccine cards so we know people aren't going to be honest a about if they've already had covid and want to stick with natural immunity vs. vaccines or be honest about their own whereabouts during a specific time period.

I saw some article saying antibodies aren't a good measure. Part of me was but there are other ways like t cells.

It can be done, but instead it's being completely disregarded by way of vaxx or fuck your rights.

Are you actually open to the idea of vaccines being more affective? Because yes natural immunity should be considered but anytime you mention something that says it may not be as effective as you want you get very dismissive.

I understand that natural immunity plus one jab is the ultimate immunity (for now) and has me considering getting a shot for that reason alone.

People lie...alot. And companies nor countries, which are basically one in the same, not trying to risk some group of dumb asses lying about a covid test just to go party it up. I agree with you in theory. In practical application though trusting people to be honest about carrying and potentially passing along a deadly disease isn't really something alot of people want to gamble with being responsible for. Hence these businesses that are still open requiring proof of vaccines before entering.

Yes, and proof of vaccination can be faked as well..so if we go by that standard, even vaccination should require quarantining.

Also, if vaccination protects u from serious illness and hospitalization, and natural immunity does so even more, then these "liars" are only a threat to themselves.

People are faking vax cards because it's a requirement to travel. If natural immunity were to be included then they'd most likely have to make adjustments to tryn and combat people faking past positive covid tests. I already said this. The issue is how do you enforce it? If that's the route you want to take then you have to have a method ready to combat against those who will inevitably fake their results so they can travel as they want.
