Jesus healed the sick. If her logic was the case, he wouldn’t have. Not only that, Jesus tells us to love one another, to support one another and to care for one another. Her statement doesn’t reflect Jesus’ teachings. He even had a love for the Pharisees when they had hard hearts toward his teachings. Her statement is not Biblical and she speaks for herself. She would find it extremely difficult to back that up with scripture.
 
I think the herd immunity will be the only way too, but we just have to get there slowly so anyone that needs hospitalization can get the care they need. I think that’s been the point the entire time with the shutdowns and flattening the curve. The goal isn’t to get rid of it completely, just be able to take care of those who do get really sick when they do.
 
Its tough as fuck to hate a mfer that is in charge during a crisis. Like crises always make the people support elected officials. Like look at Cuoko in NY. Barely win reelection, and even though NY is by far the hardest hit state, his approval rating shot up to 86%. Thats pretty much the same for almost all governors. Dont matter how people felt about mfer before, when a crisis hits, we typically love that mfer.

And thats how it was for Trump too. At first, his approval ratings shot up and people were a fan of his response. But he fucked it all up and his approval been suffering since. And itll keep going down.

Its hard as fuck to have the people turn on their leaders in times like this, but Trump managed to do that too.
