He said his body was sore like he had just got done working out right before he got really sick. Then it was like he had the flu with a high fever and a cough.

He went to the doctor and the first diagnosed him with "an upper respiratory infection" so they sent him home.

What really caused him to go to the ER was the fact he couldn't breathe well at all. Said it felt like he was running up a flight of stairs but he had just been lying down. Turns out he had fluid in his lungs and it was causing shortness of breath.
