The official COVID-19/Coronavirus Discussion Thread...aka I hope I don't get the Rona

I'm still missing I'd say 60-70% of my smell and taste since getting covid.

Been waiting for an appointment with an ent specialist to see what's going on and if it can be fixed.
hope you able to get your shit back bruh.

Imagine I just ate a oxtail stuffed patty and could barely taste some of it. Covid did a nigga foul.

“If you’re a public-health person and you’re trying to make a decision, you have this very narrow view of what the right decision is, and that is something that will save a life,” Dr. Collins explained in a Covid discussion this summer for Braver Angels, an outfit that aims to bridge political divides. A video of the discussion surfaced this week on X.com.
Dr. Collins continued: “So you attach infinite value to stopping the disease and saving a life. You attach a zero value to whether this actually totally disrupts people’s lives, ruins the economy, and has many kids kept out of school in a way that they never quite recovered.” This, he explained, “is a public-health mindset,” which was “another mistake we made.”

Brought this up a couple yrs ago in this thread...

"Trust the experts"

Dude logic in the only minute I bothered to watch:
*Get covid multiple times after vax*
"The vaccine works!"

*Get covid multiple times naturally*
"Natural immunity has been debunked!"

Even the peer reviewed studies acknowledge natural immunity is still effective, depending on the variant even more than the vaxx.

Most conclude natural immunity + vaxx is most effective.

The science hasn't changed.
