Yo Poch is a lil arrogant to think a prospective employer will call to tell him if he didn't get the job (allegedly). Don't get me wrong, always a courtesy but I've interviewed for dozens of dozens of jobs and even a case of being in the final two candidates, I still wasn't informed about not getting it... welcome to the real world!
