Maybe I am looking for good news anywhere I can find it, but the more I read about these “sanctions “, the more I think it might be a blessing in disguise. Now Roman has no incentive to sell, at least until May when the sanctions get reviewed. All comes down to if Putin continues to be a dickhead, smh.

But all seriousness the government are basically saying Roman can't make a profit from selling the club (he said he won't make a profit) this drives down the price of the club and likely means the club would be sold very soon the government will decide.
