Gilmour is quality

He's basically a year behind Gallagher in development. Last season Gallagher got relegated with West Brom so you couldn't see him shine as much as you do this season with Palace.
Same fate is to happen to Gilmour with Norwich... The one plus (or minus) young Billy has over Conor is that he's actually already played for Chelsea whereas Conor hasn't.

Therefore Conor will be motivated to come back "home" for at least that shot making Gilmour a lot more easier to turn his head away from Chelsea... IMHO
