If Coutinho is coming back to EPL I would think:
1. Spurs would be a good destination. They lack a creative mf since eriksen and rumours have it Lo Celso is Lo Cya in Jan
2. Arsenal potentially but they need a striker above all else and I get the feeling Coutinho isn't an "arteta" kind of player
As dumb as the next 2 may sound...
3. Man United - Pogba is gonna go between now and summer or run the risk of paying high wages to extend. I get the sense that the last 5 years under 3.5 different managers (Mourinho, Ole, Carrick/Ragnick) still hasn't worked out so makes sense to part ways. Also Lingard or VdB doesn't seem to feature as long-term assets to United right now
4. Everton like Spurs miss a creative mf. They had James for a minute and we saw what a difference that made. Also Gylfi may never come back from his personal situation either
Finally..
5. Newcastle strictly off of it being a 6 month loan and he won't need to take a pay cut

6. If Klopp weren't bitter then I don't see why Coutinho can't come into that 3 man mf with Hendo and Fabinho. Winaldjum has gone, Thiago/Keita/oxlade-chamberlain are injury prone, Milner is utility... It could happen
