Lol. He just spends too much time talking/listening to his colleagues, and given that he's a primary school teacher, almost of all 'em are women.
Even links up with them for after-work drinks or on a randomn weekend. Claims he's has no intentions to smash, just friends. I tease him all the time about that.
This is an emotionally-charged subject for them, probably just his way of being empathetic.
If he's suspect, either me or the others would pick up on it.
