According to dude suing him west agreed to pay him $2.5 million to assist in getting Kawhi to sign with clippers.

I still dont see how this is an issue that the league needs to get involved in.

It's clear tampering and malfeasance and since the league already fined them for tampering last year they're gonna investigate here as well.

If they paid him it probably doesn't come up. So I'm thinking there wasn't any formal agreement to pay him. He just made that number up as they went along and they didn't budge. Now we're here.
