We’ve been in national lockdown for about a month or so now - everything sans supermarkets and other essential places of business are closed down - but you won’t notice it when you’re outside, everyone and their madres are out and about lol.
schools are shut as well so my four year old is chilling at home , read up on homeschooling and found out that most folks that do that are rich af and take their kids on excursions n shit every week, there is a small homeschooling club that get together giving the kids the feeling their actually in a class/school.
not gonna homeschool my boy but I thought it was mostly religious zealots that homeschooled their kids, turns out it’s just rich azz anti social families that do it over here...
anyway, we’re ending the lockdown once the infection rate simmers down and enough people are vaccinated which - considering we’re one of the last to start the vaccinate program in Europe, were starting on Wednesday - might take untill At least the summer...
the nation is America style divided though, we’re having the general elections in March and it looks like the extreme right parties are going to win with a landslide smh... the anti EU, immigration etc parties that look up to the UK and want a nexit...
my wife already had the Rona, which means my boy and I probably had it but we’re a symptomatic and just like everyone else I’m fed up with the current situation and hope we can return to go back to normal this year...
we need a national holiday week once this shit is over man, been struggling since February. Y’all take good care of yourselves and stay away from all the political and polarizing nonsense.
