What I’m saying clearly went over your head. But for arguments sake, if he goes to Newcastle with their current owner still there, I don’t believe he will win any trophies in the next 2 years and if they do get taken over by oil money I still don’t think he will win trophies in the next 2 years. However he may get a job in another league with different variables to be considered so hence why I said tell where he will be managing and I’ll tell you if it’s worth a bet!
But more than that, we’ve all seen Jose lose the dressing room at two major PL clubs in the space of 5 years.
But since you wanna compare him to Ole who doesn’t have his own team, hasn’t been backed with over £400m like Jose was...I can’t really say.
We’ve seen Jose and what he has done, we haven’t seen Ole with his own team and a whole season.
Disclaimer: I’m not 100% confident in Ole but he’s here and it’s only fair I give him a chance.

This was started by @figo inferring that I made up a Jose quote about him seeing himself as an international coach. He clearly said it so...*shrugs
It’s a debate. I got one Chelsea fan clicking feelings on my posts and the other saying I’m delusional and Figo wanting to bet over trophies when said manager doesn’t even have a job.
You guys problem is that I agree, Jose is tactically a great coach...so you have to argue the points I’m making which is about his style of management, in particular man management and adapting to changes in the game...more off the pitch than on.
If you can’t argue them points it’s easier to call me delusional.

Jose got us to 2nd so I don't think it's fair to say his style or tactics are outdated.
What is definitely true, tho', is that he can't handle modern players with modern mentalities. He could have handled a lot of things better. I don't blame him for Pogba at all because I don't recall Jose doin' anything to upset him. He tried so hard to get Pogba to work the only thing left was to drop him. Pogba reacted extremely poorly and it spilt over to the next season. Board and fans both chose Pogba (smh)
If he was better with the other players though it wouldn't have been so easy for Pogba to turn the squad against him. Martial and Rashford were doin' so well before Sanchez came then they both fell off a cliff. Not trustin' Rash up front for two years then when Kaku was injured and Jose needed to rely on him he put sooo much pressure on Rash with his unnecessary comments.
In the end, the board didn't back him and the season would have been different if we got Alex Sandro, Toby from Spurs and that RM we need. He's still a top coach but I think he needs to think he needs players with the mental that City and Pool players have.

I definitely agree that Jose wasn’t backed. But that’s when his ego kicks in by belittling our players in public which you would never see Pep or Klopp do. He did the same at Chelsea when he wasn’t backed, dropped JT to prove a point and proceeded to lose the dressing room.
From that point things rumble out of control.
Which is why he’s a risk. If you are a chairman at a big club and you have decent players but for what ever reason you can’t get the players in that Jose wants, whether you refuse to or just can’t because of the transfer market....you then have to worry about what Jose will do and say to the media. And you then have to worry about how that could negatively affect your club.
Which is why I think the top clubs haven’t given him a job yet.
Clubs like Juve, PSG and even Barca could have offered him a job... but they didn’t...why is that?

I don't agree that he did that, at least not with any of the players that had beef with him. Only Shaw could say Jose ridiculed him and truth be told he deserved it.
He was needlessly negative in his pressers sometimes but these are grown men and professionals it shouldn't be too difficult to handle a little public criticism, constructive or otherwise
