I would rather keep him but £30m+ for a soon to be 28 isn't bad for business.
Im not sure what is a good deal anymore, Im mean £30mil for Ramsey couple seasons ago prolly would of been good for Arsenal, given his age and injury problems etc but when you see transfers like Richarlison and Sigurdsson going for around £40mil-50mil EACH etc Im not sure what the current transfer climate is, how do you value a player at the moment??? The transfer market seems reckless, then you look at the big spenders like Juve buying a 33yrs old Ronaldo for around £80mill and PSG buying a 19yrs old Mbappe for something like £160mil!!! The market is so unpredictable, its almost become a joke, we cant be far of a £500mill player...

Barcelona was going to drop £50m for him three seasons ago. Ramsey is a second tier player. CR7 and Mbappe are first tier players.

What you have to remember is Jose and Conte it's win or nothing and for them to achieve that they want to be fully backed.
They are putting it out there that the board are not allowing them to have the tools to win.
Now I'm not saying they're blameless but if pep was in the same situation he would be as vocal he has spent half a billion to get this far
Yeah I think I saw Lee Grant saying that Jose is doing the opposite behind the scenes and encouraging the young players and the team etc I still dont like see Jose throw the dummy out the pram though, but he seems to love a siege mentality...

Im not hearing Pochettino complain im the same manner and he has more players missing from the world cup AND he hasn't seemingly had the backing from his board to spend money.
To suggest that the board have not vacked him is ludicrous. Bailly, Lindelof, Alexis, Fred, not to mention Pogba and Lukaku early on. He no longer has what it takes. Plain and simple.

Nah Jose saying the same shit Van Gaal said during the Murica tour but worded it differently...theyre winners and feel that they could have used their pre season prep better than touring the states...its a commercial thing, not in the interest of the players.

If that was the only thing he was complaining about I would say fair enough (even though that commercial exposure generates plenty of income and is part and parcel of Man Utd's strategy) but this guy is constantly drawing out players in public and blaming everyone but himself for Utd's failings. The game has passed him by, he knows he can't compete with Pep and he is looking to get sacked so he can get paid off. That's how I see it.
