The no such thing as loyalty in the NBA. If your good enough get a decent contract after your rookie contract you gotta go for the money, the large market (for potentially the endorsement money) or both. Look at Chris Bosh a ring and local love aint paying his bills now. He could have made more if he never went to Miami
