He doesn't deserve all of the blame even though he did panic and fuck up his rotations but firing Casey is pretty much the only option at this point. Got swept, benched the franchise player in crunch time and threw the team under the bus.....dont see how he can come back
Toronto has to hope for internal improvement from guys like OG and Van Vleet and that maybe a different coach get something else out of this group....if not worst case scenario they remain pretenders for two years and rebuild when those contracts come off the books at the same time

they gotta fire casey. if it doesn't happen during the offseason and they retain him i guarantee that the raptors will get off to a really slow start and he will get fired during the middle of the season.

People are torn because they were the best team in the east. That won't happen next year but they could be still top 3 next year. You could argue they might not even play lebron in the playoffs next year from seeding or if bron leaves
I think Lowry is the one that needs to go because clay is your best player. You have a great bench already. You just need to do something about the makeup of the starting lineup. Like if you bring in a killer at the PG spot that changes the style of play of the starting lineup and that changes the dynamic. You can not keep bringing this same ass weak minded backcourt. Like a Terry rozier, pat beverley kinda guy. I mean that kinda mindset not necessarily the player.

DeRozan can’t be anybody’s best player. He does one thing on the court and if he’s off, he does nothing. Casey tried to say it in a round about way when he benched him
