That's one of the main reasons why Barkley didn't leave during the summer. The agent was going to get more money now.
In all honestly if Sanchez wants to be in a team where he is in the starting 11 week in week out he needs to leave the EPL or stay at Arsenal...
He is a great player but where is he gonna go and be a guarantied starter, other than Arsenal??? Even Aguero cant get a guarantied spot at City...
If he was to go to a top 4 team in the EPL (which includes spurs, so you can rule that out), imo he either needs to stay at Arsenal.... Or City, United, Liverpool or Spurs are gonna need to have sell a top player (or 2) for him to be one of the first names on the team sheet... Plus he is 29, so how many top years has he got left??? Even though he is cheap buy (but prolly get a massive signing on fee and wage)...
Off the top City got: Jesus, Aguero, Sterling, KDB, Sane, Silva etc
I dont think Liverpool even need to replace Coutinho desperately this window, they still got Mane, Salah, Firmino, Ox, Gini, Sturidge (if he stays)...
United got: Miki (really hope he stays and gets back to top form), Rashford, Martial, Pogba, Lingard (killing it atm), Mata, Big Rom etc
Spurs being rivals he isnt likely to go there, but still they got : Dele, Son, Kane, Dembele, Erikison etc
Barca arnt likely to sign him and neither are Real... Strange situation...

Different positions, but Martial has so much potential and is only 21 or 22... I wouldnt wanna trade him for Sanchez, even if Sanchez is better atm... No one NEEDS Sanchez imo, except Arsenal...
