Lionel Messi walked out after Argentina conceded sixth goal vs. Spain

Argentina were forced to endure a night of prolonged misery and pain as Spain inflicted a shock 6-1 drubbing on their hapless opponents at the Metropolitano stadium in Madrid.

Isco helped himself to a hat trick and even David De Gea managed to horn in on the action, the Manchester United goalkeeper picking up an unlikely assist by providing the long ball over the top for Iago Aspas to slot home La Roja's fifth goal.

Indeed, when Isco rounded off the six-goal rout in the 74th minute, Lionel Messi -- who missed the match through injury -- decided he'd seen enough and simply vacated his seat.

Who could possibly blame him? Argentina were as disjointed and defensively flimsy as Spain were meticulous and fluid.

As for poor old Leo, that career-topping World Cup title he dreams of has probably never felt further away.

Yeah its amazing how washed up Argentina is. All that talent and a coach who should be able to make a team out of em and theyre still shit.

Reminds me of England LOL

But England might shine this year...
