It’s one of the reasons why I don’t follow many women on social media anymore or why I don’t watch much porn anymore. What’s the point of watching their videos so much if I’m not gonna have a chance to talk to them?

Hip Hop music is undoubtedly a better genre.

It utilizes technology, musicality, lyricism better than all that other genres of music. It's been able to mutate no matter the neighborhood, city or country.

Think about it, Hip Hop is such a better genre, it has killed off every other genre besides the various forms of electronic music.

The issue Black folks have is a hyper focus on White people and denying White people's own influence in art and culture.

Lol, most of Country music origins is dirty ass White people from Ireland in the Appalachian mountains untill the motherfuckers came across Boogie.

Black folks left RockNRoll music for Soul.

We leave genres because they ain't fucking cool no more.

We as a race became more city folk.

Its a reason folks still think all southerners are country

Being a real country person is not for everyone. That culture is being phased out.

I remember when I was a kid everybody use to fish. That’s some basic country shit and it’s non existent damn near

TikTok is turning into nothing but product pushing.

Every 3-5 videos it’s a person telling you to buy a certain item from the TikTok shop.

At my age, I no longer subscribe to knowing how to fish as a country characteristic but another skill to eat what you hunt.

I also think country the way I was taught was just another way of saying rural. Every "country" area near or outside of baton rouge is just that... Rural.

In terms of the topic at hand, I think country music is really just RnB over a slower tempo beat. I'm willing to bet good money someone could do Tennessee Whiskey over a traditional RnB beat and that shit still jams.

Yes. Your last paragraph is true but it’s till a certain culture with certain topics.

Country is not one of my favorite genres but growing up my moms did play enough country music.

Hell, I was in her car a few weeks ago and she have a country station program lol.
