Flip is fine but those niggas get in their feelings whenever he tries to do what joe brought him there to do and he shrinks. Mel never got in her feelings with him and gave him that leeway to joke on her as long as he didn't cross the line and if he did she addressed it off camera. The rest of these niggas besides maybe emanny and parks legit look down on him tho and can't take a joke. Marc, ice and ish especially don't respect him as a man and when it manifests it suppresses him. He's basically just collecting a check until that contract runs out.
