And we need to stop acting like this is the most informed panel. Other than Mark, maybe Parks & occasionally Mel (depending on the topic), everyone prepares for topics like 2 min before the show by reading ig headlines and not any articles or research.

How many times we heard Ish try and convinced everyone landlords have it super rough in NY/Jersey and arnt really making money. And that renters are the ones that have it good and have all the protections. He also thinks everyday people were getting like 2k covid checks a month just to stay home and while landlords were left to starve.

Yet 5 min of research shows all of that isnt true.
