Flip stumped him when he asked if he thinks TROY could have grown since he said the crazy stuff about mental health. Joe had to think of a way to still not give troy any credit or praise. Went to the "I haven't seen any change in TROY" saying so they couldn't pin him down, cause Troy's tune has changed over the years.
