Film hit me in the feels. Paul Giamatti did an amazing job playing a socially awkward asshole lol. He has trauma from his upbringing regarding his father and his condition keeps him from forming bonds with people but he's also a man of integrity. Watching those 3 characters bond and getting to know one another was dope. And the aesthetics, you feel like you're watching a film from the 70s.

I think it's a good representation of what the holidays are. To some, its a joyful time and for others it's painful and sad whether you've lost loved ones or due to circumstances not being able to be around those that matter the most

I liked this movie but does it really deserve all the accolades it's getting? It was cool. Nothing extraordinary. I enjoyed Are You There God, It's Me Margaret more.
