Charlotte is still new and getting used to it. Shes already good but Im guessing she'll get better and better.

Jess is actually really good. Shes probably the smartest and most informed person on the show at this point. But she doesnt talk as much as she should. It feels like she doesnt feel comfortable cutting mfers off and talking over them.

Either way both are good additions.
