Apparently, this story is associated with one of many Hollow Earth theories. These two probably lived in a large cave ecosystem, not inside the hollow earth though.

Yeah ive heard the story before but never looked into it too much. Interesting as hell if its true. I think they probably lived in some sort of cave system as well. Wonder if there are still humans living in cave systems that have no contact with the outside world.
