Yo I hate any time I have to train people on jobs. I always try to hand that shit off. I'm good at whatever I do in any work setting but I can't break it down for you and explain shit. Just not me. Imma follow my lead/example type nigga I just clock in and do what I do. I can give advice, the do's and don'ts, give you real examples of shit that's happened, and drop some gems along the way but textbook type training? Imma be more lost than the mf I'm trying to train. I just can't give it up like that.
